FREE 1 Hour Introduction to Natural Fertility using Sympto-thermal method - To Achieve OR Avoid Conception

  • St Heliers Church & Community Centre 100 Saint Heliers Bay Road Auckland, Auckland, 1071 New Zealand (map)

NFNZ Educators provide education on Fertility Awareness and Natural Family Planning to individuals, couples, medical professionals and also offer community education. Once taught the Sympto-thermal method (STM method), you are able to use it as a very effective way to either help assist in achieving a pregnancy or to avoid conception.

Get an in-depth insight into how your body works, learn your fertile signs, gain confidence in understanding your unique cycle, when the best time is to try to conceive or avoid conception based on what you are taught, put into practice and make part of your everyday lives.

This method is ideal if you are unable to tolerate hormonal methods of contraception or suffer side effects of IUDs, hormonal implants (Jadelle) etc.. and are looking for an alternative, safe and drug-free method of contraception.

When taught by an accredited educator, the Sympto-thermal method is 99.4-99.6% effective for avoiding pregnancy and when used to achieve conception, the average time for a pregnancy is 6 months (without STM knowledge the average time for conception is 12 months). See more information here: https://www.factsaboutfertility.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/SymptoThermalPEH.pdf

I’ll take you through everything that is involved with easy to understand language and demonstrate how easy using STM is in your everyday life and how cost effective it is.

Sign up for the full 3x appointments on the evening and receive $100 off. Only valid for the session and limited to 3 people. Additional cost is $12-20 for digital thermometer, or you may purchase from me for $20 at the conclusion of the session.
